At Michelle Ludek, every piece is thoughtfully created with care. We want your shopping experience to be as seamless as possible, from placing your order to receiving your beautiful new pieces.

Order Processing Times

Most of our garments are made to order or produced in small batches. Please allow 1–10 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

During busy periods, promotional events and sales, preparation times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes. We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Local Delivery – South Africa

We deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier services arranged through Bob Go.

• Delivery fees: R80–R150, depending on your location.

• Main centres: Approximately 1–3 working days.

• Outlying areas: Approximately 4 working days.

Please note that these delivery estimates apply after your order has been dispatched and do not include the 1–10 working day preparation period.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide!

All international orders are sent via DHL to provide a reliable and secure delivery service.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and additional clearance fees are not included in shipping costs and remain the responsibility of the customer.

International delivery times vary depending on your destination and customs clearance procedures.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

Simply click the tracking link in your email to check the progress of your parcel through the courier's website.
