Shipping policy

We ship worldwide! All international orders are dispatched using DHL which is the fastest and safest way for you to receive your items. Under the current conditions, our postal service is not reliable.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs do not include customs fees and these costs are your responsibility, unfortunately. All local deliveries are shipped using BobGo, with shipping fees ranging between R80 and R150 depending on your location. Delivery times vary from 1-3 days for main centers and 4 days for outlying areas, on working days.

Almost all of our items are made to order, so it takes between 1 and 10 working days before your order is ready to go. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During promotions, sales, and holidays, these deadlines may be extended by a few days due to the volume of orders received. We do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible! 

Once your order has been shipped, an automatic e-mail will be sent to you with a link to follow the delivery of your package.
You can track your order on the website using the tracking number you received.
